Positive: A beautiful hotel located in the quaint streets of White Town and within walking distance of the beach, boutiques and restaurants in the area. We had excellent breakfasts each morning served by fabulous, friendly smiling staff on the roof top terrace. Our room was spacious and tastefully decorated and spotlessly clean. All the hotel staff were friendly and attentive to our needs, thanks to the doorman for his greetings every day. Overall an excellent stay.

Positive: The location of this place is great. After checking in, the hosts of the place send you a detailed list of everything you can do in the area which is very helpful. We did the cycle tour which we enjoyed. We also loved our room that was on the second floor. The terrace had a good view of the Bay of Bengal. Loved the dosas that were made for breakfast. We returned from the cycling tour after the breakfast time, but they were obliging and made us fresh and delicious dosas as per our requests.

Positive: One of the Best places in The heritage town of Pondicherry, we felt home with the staff and Madame Bitasta she is very welcoming and made our stay Lovely , Priya and all the staff were nice and helpful. Clean , well decorated and the location is 5 stars. We had a late check out and we left our luggage there and spent time in the common area with a nice cup of tea offered by Madame Bitasta and her daughter.

Negative: Very sad that we spent only one night , but for sure we will come back soon again and again

Positive: Excellent 5 nights stay at Maison de Bitasta. The house is beautiful, rooms are organized around a patio with trees and is nicely decorated with pieces of art and old furnitures. Authenticity and charm. We had the large room at the 2nd floor which was perfect. We had a direct access to the terrace where the breakfast was served in the morning. Notice that this is an Indian breakfast. The location is really great, very close from the sea, restaurants and shops. And very calm. Thank you to all the team !
