Positive: The room standard is fantastic - spacious, clean, and equipped with everything you need, including great AC. In the morning we were treated to fresh fruit, which was such a lovely touch. The location is perfect, with parking and just a short walk to the stunning Tubod Beach. But the real highlight was the owner, Yann. From day one, he treated us like friends. He was incredibly helpful, shared amazing stories, and gave us the best local tips for food. We felt so welcome and at home. Thank you, Yann and your Team for making our stay unforgettable!

Positive: We had a wonderful 3-night stay at La Maison. The room was beautiful, tastefully decorated, and had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. We really appreciated being able to check in a few hours early, as our room was ready ahead of time. Every morning, we were also pleasantly surprised to find a plate of fresh fruit, even though we hadn’t booked the breakfast option. Yann and Stéphanie were incredibly responsive via WhatsApp and truly attentive hosts. They were always available, gave great recommendations, and made sure we felt well taken care of throughout our stay. We even spent two lovely evenings with them. Stéphanie runs a cocktail bar where you can enjoy stunning sunset views — and the cocktails are absolutely delicious. Yann has also developed an app for the island that lists all the activities available, which was extremely convenient. They can also help organize tours or even accompany you as guides to help you discover the island.

Positive: Super warm welcome by Stephanie & Yann. They are very attentive and amazing hosts. Everything is clean and comfortable; the guesthouse has a backup power generator. It is also close to the centre of San Juan and just a few minutes walking from a beautiful beach.

Negative: Nothing negative to say about La Mansion itself, but you should expect some noise due to the nearby resort.

Positive: The location was fantastic, right next to Tubod beach- a short snorkel. Also convenience to all San Juan has to offer - beaches, waterfalls and bars. Make sure you visit Mystropical Bar for sunset and stay till the lights come out, great cocktails, great spot and the staff with their genuine care.

Summary: Yann was the host with the most, incredibly helpful.

Positive: My room was very cozy, with a beautifully decorated interior and modern equipment (including Starlink internet and a generator, which I was very thankful to have when a power outage occurred). Yann, the French owner, is very kind and friendly, he is always willing to help and is super responsive with text messages or calls. You feel that he cares and wants you to feel good at his place. I also highly appreciated his flexibility and help when the Basyang tropical storm hit Siquijor and ferry cancellations had me stuck on the island for two days.

Negative: There is nothing I didn't like.

Positive: The owner is French and incredibly warm and welcoming. He provided everything I needed and even more than I expected. He also recommended many great restaurants and fun places to visit, which made my stay so much easier. The room was beyond my expectations—spacious, clean, and very comfortable. The location is perfect, close to the beach and right next to a lovely café. I truly enjoyed my stay and would definitely come back.
