This 100-year-old house, which nowadays, serves as a holiday home, was built in a typical Andalusian style. The house has been renovated to make it more comfortable, and, at the same time, it preserves its rustic atmosphere, enhanced by the wooden beams of the ceilings. Its location in a closed and completely-private plot, which is surrounded by hills, olive trees and wheat fields, ensures you’ll make the most of your relaxing holidays.
This two-storey holiday home is ideal for big groups, as it’s provided with four bedrooms. Three of them are located on the first floor, one with a 1.50mt-wide double bed, and the other two with two single beds of 90 cm each. It is possible to add an extra bed in the entrance hall on the first floor so that the house is ideal for nine people to spend their holidays here.
On the ground floor, you will find the fourth bedroom, provided with a 1.35mt-wide double bed, a bathroom with a bathtub and the living area. The living room is provided with a satellite TV, in addition to a wood burning stove, which also heats up the kitchen. The house is provided with an oven, a dishwasher, a baby bed (available upon request) and warm/cool air-con.
In the outdoor area, you can enjoy the marvellous views over the garden and the lawn, while you comfortably sit in the patio. The exterior is also provided with a huge terrace and a barbeque area, in addition to a private swimming pool with sun loungers, a ping-pong table and a private parking lot.
The access to the house is possible thanks to a paved lane, which also grants easy access to highway, Antequera and Malaga.

Summary: Wir haben eine spektakuläre Woche verbracht, das Haus ist komplett ausgestattet, es mangelt nicht an Details, mit Klimaanlage in allen Zimmern außer dem im Erdgeschoss, das nicht benötigt wurde, da das Haus im Erdgeschoss trotz After kühl gehalten wurde Da die Außentemperatur über 30 Grad betrug, fuhren wir zur Versorgung in die nahegelegene Stadt Villanueva de la Concepcion, 5 Minuten mit dem Auto entfernt. Es hat uns sehr gut gefallen und wir werden es höchstwahrscheinlich wiederholen: Die Gastgeberin war vom ersten Tag an sehr aufmerksam, falls uns etwas fehlen sollte.

Summary: Deze accommodatie is goed onderhouden. Van alles wel voorzien, zelfs airco en dat is tijdens de zomermaanden geen overbodige luxe. Ligt wel naast de weg dus makkelijk toegankelijk. De contactpersoon is zeer vriendelijk en behulpzaam. Alles ligt ook in de buurt. Het was een heerlijk weekje.

Summary: Wir hatten einen phantastischen Urlaub in diesem Traumhaus mit unseren Kindern und den Großeltern (5 Erw, 2 Ki). Das Haus ist sehr groß (4 Schlafzimmer) und hat alles was man braucht und ist sehr gepflegt und absolut sauber. Die Eigentümerin ist sehr sehr nett und bemüht und wohnt in der Nähe. Das Schwimmbad war ein Traum. Die Lage ist großartig, man ist in wenigen Kilometern mitten in der traumhaften Landschaft des Torcal Nationalparks. In Villanueva de la Concepcion (5km) sind alle Geschäfte vorhanden, die man braucht (nicht teuer). Malaga, aber auch Cordoba und Granada sind einfach auf der Autobahn zu erreichen. Antequera ist wunderschön. Es ist uns schwergefallen abreisen zu müssen. Wir werden dieses Haus sicherlich an unsere Freunde/Familie weiterempfehlen.
