Positive: Beautiful property right on the beach! Comfy beds and super friendly staff!
Negative: I thought for the price some complimentary bottled water (as a bare minimum) would have been nice to have in the room. I didn’t love how everything in the room had a price on it, and it just felt a little chintzy for the price point of the room.

Positive: Location is fantastic. Loved the view from the balcony and the sound of the ocean at night. We enjoyed the restaurant and spectacular sunsets.
Negative: The front desk just couldn’t get it right. We had two families checking in. At first they had two rooms under the same name. We asked to separate the rooms and assign corresponding names to each room. The next day I’m ordering room service to my room and I’m told my room is under my friend’s name. We go downstairs to fix that again… go to the spa and ask the spa to charge massages to each corresponding name/room. I look at the bill- all the services for me and my friends are charged to my room . We asked for later check out. The front desk person took out keys and adjusted them to later check out… The day of the check out my husband went downstairs and when he returned he was locked out of the room because it was past the regular check out…. Through the whole stay only one elevator was working.
Summary: Overall a lovely hotel with amazing food and spectacular views and friendly staff but needs little attention to details.

Positive: I picked this because of its location at the beach and that was great--the restaurant at the hotel was great (Baleen) the valet staff was excellent
Negative: If you aren't a 'member' of the club here I would advise you stay elsewhere--it cost us over $1000 per night to stay here and if you aren't a club member --kind of like a second class citizen--it is also still really torn up --you would think that would be reflected in the price

Positive: Breakfast was wonderful! The staff was very friendly, view was great from outside, and food was very good.
Negative: The only issue we had was the elevator when we arrived. There was a problem with having only one working elevator and it was taking very long to get between floors. Our concerns were handled immediately and in a very professional and friendly manner.
Summary: Wonderful stay. We are considering a trip with family and a stay in one of the beach cottages.
