This property is very up-to-date with a newly renovated kitchen in the summer of 2018 and bathrooms in 2021. It is a corner unit with a wrap around front lanai facing the Gulf and a back lanai looking at the pool and the Bay. The location provides easy access to all the amenities including shopping and restaurants. The grounds are beautifully landscaped and include a large swimming pool that overlooks the Bay, a Chickee Hut with updated grills, top quality tennis, pickle ball, and bocce courts.
The owner lives directly across the street and is quickly available to address any maintenance issues. All locks are coded and do not require a key, including the main gate, pedestrian gates, lobby, and condo doors. The condo is well equipped with virtually all needed cooking utensils, etc.

Summary: We absolutely loved staying in this property. We are beach lovers and getting to the beach was so easy. We went nearly everyday. The unit is well stocked with everything you need. Parking is convenient and the building is quiet and peaceful. We only used the primary bedroom and it was so comfortable. Great location for all of our favorite Naples/Bonita places. Hosts were awesome— made us feel very welcome and provided great information and instructions.

Summary: Had a wonderful time and appreciated every little detail of the property and close-by beach and water. Amazing hosts, very easy and pleasant communication. An incredible sunset and nice walks in the neighborhood. Great break from the cold of winter!!!

Summary: We both really enjoyed the condo which is 100 yards from beach with waterways out the back and both are visible from different balcony's. The pool was amazing and warm . The beach walks in the morning and the tennis / pickleball courts almost always free. A short walk from la playa with Mercato shops and entertainment a short drive. A great place to stay when visiting Naples
