Summary: The property and host was amazing. Breakfast everyday was delightful. The only downside was that there was no air conditioning for the room and it was very hot, but you can’t control the weather, right? Otherwise, this was a perfect and delightful stay in the French countryside!

Summary: This property was a very positive surprise during my trip to France. The experience provided by the couple that run La Pomélie was beyond expectations. The place has clean and comfortable installations, the reception was warm and informative about the surrounding area, and the breakfast was rich, all made by the owners using local ingredients. Table was set in a way that I could fell special and living in the country side of France. The attention to the details was tremendous. Strong recommend.

Summary: This place is a jewel, the best B&B I've ever stayed at. The rooms are lovely, decorated with great taste. The place is run by its owners, Valérie and Phillippe, who where very friendly and welcoming hosts. The breakfast includes home made cakes and marmalades, and was probably the best of our whole trip. Valérie is a skilled professional chef. We had the opportunity to enjoy a "table d'hôte" dinner, out of this world. La Pómelie is only 12 minutes away from Château de Chenonceau, and 12 minutes away from Amboise. I recommend this place without hesitation.
