Summary: Ok overall. Good location and staff is helpful. But compared to Europe or US its a very cheap hotel option. 1. Wifi is good only for text. Nothing else works 2. Breakfast is not buffet. You get 2 eggs and 1 coffee. Some fruit. Thats it. If you ask for 2nd coffee - it shows up on your bill. 3. Room has no windows - feels like a cellar

Summary: We had an exquisite stay at this little oasis in the heart of Old Town Havana. Conveniently located near the best restaurants and in walking distance to the port, the location is just one of the many features of this special hotel. The rooms are clean and well-kept and the complementary breakfast was delicious. The staff, in particular Andreas, Aliv and Gloria, were incredibly helpful, warm and friendly, offering tips and their invaluable knowledge on the city and country when asked. They answered our endless (and no doubt annoying!) questions and made sure our stay was comfortable and enjoyable the whole time, sharing phenomenal recommendations and suggestions. A particular highlight during our time in Havana was chatting to all three (Andrea, Aliv and Gloria) at the bar of an evening or morning. I would 10/10 recommend this hotel and thank everyone at La Posada de Chacon for a happy and memorable stay.

Summary: This is a very professionally managed boutique hotel in Old Havana. The staff is very kind and professional at the same time as if they have had long experience working in the hotel business. Location is great. Breakfast was veey good as well. You should book this hitel with confidence.

Summary: What a delight! Gabriella and Andreas were incredibly helpful and charming. The bar and reception area was like an extension of your living room and a great place to hang out at all times. Great location in the old town near lots of restaurants.

Summary: We stayed here for a few night and absolutely love the accommodations, food and hosts. The room is well appointed, spacious and comfortable. The morning breakfast with fresh fruit and coffee was fantastic. The best part of staying at this location is the three hosts. Gloria and her coworkers make you feel at home and will do anything to help you. They give great restaurant recommendations. During this trip my wife and I tried a couple other B&B’s and none of them even come close to La Posada de Chacon.
