Positive: Was on the first floor. I adored the patio just off my room. In the evening. I was able to sit outside and read. The fitness room was small, but had everything I wanted. The hotel was perfectly placed, just off the road enough that it was quiet. Definitely going back
Negative: The bed was a little harder than I liked but was still able to sleep well.. That's all.

Positive: Staff was great, friendly and helpful.
Negative: Shower was stopped up completely, poop bags for the dogs was empty the entire weekend. Little things but partly my fault for not replrting either.

Negative: pool was closed, and when it opened, spa was cold. upstairs guests very noisy all night. someone working on their car next to ours in the parking lot, and used our car for a bench
Summary: loved having the pub within the facility. Staff was nice, room was clean.

Negative: It was filthy. Upon entering the room the floor had debris everywhere. It hadn't been swept or mopped and there was urine on the floor in front of the toilet that we had to clean up. We also had to clean up the bathroom counter which had spilt oil of some kind and toothpaste. The mirrors looked like someone had brushed their teeth and splattered , but no one wiped it off. In the hallway is leading to the breakfast in front desk area.The floors were absolutely disgusting. Somebody's spilled coffee and it stayed there for 3 days. In the small elevator the total of the 6 days we were there was never cleaned and every single day there were new spills and your feet would actually get stuck to the stickiness on the floor in the elevator.
Summary: Comfortable room that included a good breakfast but don't count on it being clean.
