Completely updated historic home built in 1906 in downtown Prescott, AZ. Great location right off of Whiskey Row. Two minute walk to everything downtown.
Sleeps six people. Two bedroom/1 bathroom. Full kitchen. TVs in both bedrooms and living room. Screaming fast WiFi. Covered parking. Heat and A/C.
Master bedroom measures 12' by 11' and has a queen size bed.
Guest bedroom measures 12' by 10' and has a queen size bed.
Living room has a queen size sleeper sofa with memory foam mattress.
Kitchen has a full size refrigerator, oven, microwave and sink.
Dining area has a table for 4 and seating for 2 at the counter top.
Newly remodeled yard with paver patios and grass yard.
Great patio with plenty of seating and a fire pit.

Summary: We enjoyed this house. Had two bedrooms with queen beds, a sitting area in the living room and a full kitchen. We were traveling most of the day and did take advantage of it being close to Whiskey Row. The parking in that area was insane. So walking was easy. Nice neighborhood and quiet. The patio sitting area would have been used and it was awesome, but we had cooler temps and snow. I would recommend this to a party of 4.

Summary: The cottage was perfect. The decor inside was a combination of rustic and modern giving a warm welcome to those who stay. The front yard was amazing when it snowed on our first night. My son was able to play on the turf covered snow while my wife and I watched from the carport. The kitchen was great for making our dinner and breakfast. All in all, the experience and charm of the home was wonderful. When we plan our next trip to Prescott, this cottage will be on our list of places to stay.

Summary: This was our second time staying at this little gem in Prescott! We love to explore on foot and this property is very manageable walking distance to thecourthouse square and Whiskey Row. The surrounding neighborhoods are charming to walk through as well. The home was just the right size for our family of four with two bedrooms, our kids age 4 and1 2sharing a room. The beds and linens are comfortable and the home has everything you need to feel like you are right at home. There is a full kitchen and a Sprouts right down the road for your grocer needs. Would definitely recommend this place for small families like ours or a couple interested in staying in downtown Prescott.
