Positive: There were different varieties in items available for breakfast. It was delicious. The service crew were good! The location of this facility suites my purpose of this trip to Overland Park, Kansas area.
Negative: Price. If it were about $15 to $20 per day less, that would have fit my budget better!
Summary: Good place to stay, if I want to push a little over my budget.

Positive: Recent updates…I stayed here numerous times in the past on visits to Kansas City and the renovations to the rooms and dining area since my last stay are outstanding!
Negative: Difficult to navigate the streaming tv, raised tub with curved bottom and no grab bar inside tub area was a safety concern.
Summary: Great value and quality for the price. I will definitely plan to stay here on future visits.

Negative: The side door in the back didn't completely close, but you could not force it open either. So the locking mechanism is very impressive.

Positive: The breakfast was good. It had several hot choices that were actually hot. Plenty of parking. Good access to I-35. The room was clean. Nice staff. Reasonably quiet location.
Negative: The bed was a little on the soft side. The water level in the toilet was a little too high -- not the wake-up call I needed! Nothing that would keep me from staying there again.
Summary: I've stayed there before and would probably stay there again.
