Summary: This hotel is pretty beat up. The bed sagged in the middle, the 3 pillows per bed (?) were lumpy. There were cracks and chips in tile, carpet was dirty and the room smelled musty. Breakfast was grim with terrible tasting eggs. But doable for one night.

Summary: The receptionist at the front desk, older lady with white hair was very rude to me upon checking in. I did not realize that I had two reservations for the same days. I thought that one was canceled.. she was very aggressive on how she spoke to me.. "Mrs Quarrick so what do you wanna do". Such a simple mistake on the person who was suppose to cancel my 1st reservations . The receptionist did not inform us about breakfast or traveling to the airport upon leaving... she also gave me keys to the room that weren't even activated so I had to walk down and asked a different receptionist Jackie and she was polite enough and activated them for me.. the only reason I can't remember the lady name cause I was so upset.. long travel to get help by someone rude.. The inspection paper in the elevator is expired from two months ago.. there was a rip in the carpet so we had to keep making sure that the door closed all the way cause it kept getting stuck on it. Wasn't gonna complain and feel more uncomfortable there so I bared with it.. I would not stay at that location again.

Summary: We booked a suite. Don't book if expecting 5 people to fit. Room meant for maximum 3 people. 1 queen and small pull out couch. Couch extremely uncomfortable and dirty. Whole room could use an update. Carpet disgusting with gum stuck to it and sticky throughout. Clean towels were dirty. Free breakfast was typical mediocre food. We chose to buy air mattress at Target to make work. Positive was great location within walking distance to Orange Line train and stores and restaurants in safe neighborhood. Refrigerator and microwave nice in room.

Summary: Building is dated, but clean. The staff was helpful, especially Eddie at the front desk. Breakfast was good and offered a wide variety. Parking is very affordable and the hotel is in a good location.

Summary: Would stay in this neighborhood again, was close to transportation and food, quiet. Hotel itself needs a few updates - couches and carpets showing their age. Staff was helpful and prompt!!

Summary: Wonderful room size and water pressure. Microwave and fridge. Separate sink in kitchenette. The room size for the deluxe can’t be beat for the cost. Excellent location for orange line travel.

Summary: This hotel was in an excellent location to access everything in Boston and its surroundings. It was easy to find and the staff was helpful. The room was comfortable for the most part but our AC did make a lot of noise and the room itself felt humid for most of our stay. Breakfast was plentiful and the free parking can't be beat. It is located in an area called Assembly Row which is vibrant. Also, only a short walk to a T-stop and all the shopping you can desire. I would definitely recommend to anyone wanting a great value!

Summary: Rather dumpy but good enough to stay a night after a long flight from Europe before moving to ultimate location. Wasn’t as close to airport as I expected either, due to heavy traffic
