Summary: Overall had a comfortable experience. However, I want to highlight a safety concern with the bathtub in the room. The tub is quite narrow and the bottom is fully curved, which makes it difficult to maintain stable footing while showering—especially when there’s soap involved. There doesn’t appear to be any slip-resistant material or texture in the tub, which significantly increases the risk of slipping. I’d strongly recommend that the hotel consider adding non-slip mats or applying a slip-resistant coating to the tubs. It’s a small fix that could prevent accidents and improve the overall guest experience.

Summary: After settling into my room and getting to bed around 10:30 pm the smoke alarm started chirping, apparently a low battery. Called down to desk but maintenance was not on staff, no one could change a battery, so I had to re-gather my things and move rooms. Next morning at breakfast they were serving instant coffee because their coffee machine was broken. I’m not a coffee snob but instant coffee is really not acceptable. They finally had real coffee available the last day of my five day stay.

Summary: Check in was fast and easy. Room is very clean and well update and comfortable. AC blows nice and cold. Parking lot has good parking. Next door to a large service station.

Summary: Unfortunately check in was very blah. No greeting. I had to walk up and wait even though no one was there. The front desk person didn’t know what room to put us in so the person beside them suggested the room. I wasn’t told when breakfast hours were, or Wi-Fi, or anything else. The toilet ran all night long in the bathroom (I did report this). And there was what seemed to be blood on the wall to the left of the desk in the room as well. The good part was the AC worked and the bed was actually fairly comfortable. The halls and outside the room facility was nice and clean. It was also quiet even though we faced the interstate.
