Summary: Second time staying here,probably won't stay again.Check in and check out staff were ok friendly and helpful but when I called two days later because the $50 charge was still on my cc the woman I spoke to was not friendly or particularly helpful.Could do with some training on how to treat customers if she wants them to return.

Summary: We were only here for a few hours due to a flight delay but it is a nice hotel. The location and airport shuttle were the main reasons we chose it. The bed was comfortable and everything was clean. The common areas and grounds looked really nice, although we didn’t see them during the day or spend much time there. Staff were helpful and professional.

Summary: All good for a short stopover at Dallas airport. Room might need upgrade soon. The light in the room was very low :-( The hotel sitter took about 30 min to arrive but we were ok with it. As we knew beforehand.

Summary: There was no one at the front desk when we arrived, and no service bell. We asked for a cot to be in our room, we did not receive one. The floors are dirty around/behind/under the beds. The spring frame of the mattress is exposed and uncomfortable on the edge of the bed.

Summary: Check in was great. Elevator smelled like urine No toilet paper in bathroom and when we contacted the front desk we were told we needed to come get it. When at the front desk it was noted that front desk employee was on her phone and eating ice cream.
