Summary: It served its purpose--it was walking distance from my early AM appointment, so no chance of being stuck behind a wreck. That said, there's some "room for development" here. Pros- Bed was comfy (this is a big deal) Water was hot Wifi worked well Cons- Carpet, among other things, was way past prime Volume control on the TV didnt work "Breakfast" is a token gesture so they can click a box saying they have it Theres a pool, but no jacuzzi (would have been nice at the end of a long day. Looks like there used to be one that got filled in) Ironing board had been used for other things at some point and was now basically unusable. So, if you need a box with a bed for the night in this exact area, here you go. If you are concerned your spouse will look at it and question your relationship, look further.

Summary: I have stayed here many times for work. The hotel has really gone down hill, stinks of pot and cooking smells. It has gotten really seedy. I didn't even spend the night, I left.

Summary: Staff were friendly and helpful. I had a lot of stuff to bring up to the room and they gave me a room right by the elevator. There were a couple of marks on the sheets and towels but overall it was very comfortable.

Summary: We stayed one night. Room keys didn’t work and key reader malfunctioned often. No hot water the day we needed to shower. Telephone in room was connected but had no dial tone. No way to call front desk. Don’t stay here.

Summary: It took 15 minutes for someone to come to the front desk to get me checked into the hotel. There was no shampoo for hair and no hot water for the shower the next morning. At checkout the person working the front desk could not be bothered to stand up from where they were sitting (away from the counter) and approach the counter. All she said was what is your room # and, then simply replied, 'you're all checked out' without ever lifting a finger. She did offer a 20% discount for my trouble at the hotel, but since this was booked with a 3rd party there was nothing she could do. I was very disappointed with this experience.
