Summary: Musty smelling. The chair in the room appeared to have had stains that were attempted to be cleaned. The shower had same as zero water pressure. The bed was OK, but not as comfortable as I had hoped. The staff was very friendly.

Summary: We checked in. The lady and the front desk was very nice. Out key didn’t work, so she had to redo it. When we got in the room theee were two full-sized beds. We reserved a room with queen sized beds. We are a family of 5, so we needed a queen sized bed. I went downstairs to talk to the front desk. She admitted, “well they may not be “queen sized” but they’re what we call “queen sized” here.” She let me know there was not another option. All of their rooms either have 2 “queen-sized” beds or 1 king. They did not have a roll away bed or a small mattress for the floor. She was kind enough to give us a bunch of blankets and we made a blanket fort out of the desk/table for my youngest and he loved sleeping in a blanket fort. The beds sunk so low in the middle, you had to launch yourself out of the middle just to get out of bed. The ice machine was broken so we couldn’t put ice in our water bottles. They had a pancake machine at breakfast, but it was broken. So, no pancakes or waffles for breakfast for my kids… breakfast was adequate. The pool looked nice, but we didn’t swim.

Summary: The check in was very simple, took all of 5 minutes! The room itself was gorgeous and HUGE!! Plenty of room for our little family and room for our little to play! The room had a great mini fridge that actually kept things cold, great bathroom and hot water. The bed was also very comfortable, we all slept great. The breakfast was also good. Enough choices for us! The ONLY complaint I have is the pool. Its indoor and i assumed it was going to be heated. However, the pool was FREEZING COLD. Theres no way it had any time of warmer on it. This is the reason we picked the hotel because we were celebrating our sons 4th birthday and he loves pools. We spent our time in the hottub, but the concrete in it was a little crumbly and very rough on the steps. Our son ended up scraping his knee pretty good 😕

Summary: Our trip was nice. The beds seems like the were full sizes not queen. the employees were nice. the pool needs to be cleaned on side walls. in pool and Hot tub. vents were hanging down from ceiling. I have a special needs son and the Chlorine was just too high for him. and the rest of us the 1st day and the water was ice being it was a indoor pool They did make it warmer the next day was a lot better. The Airport shuttle guy was Great. only bills or credit card for vending machines. Main thing I didnt like was the beds they were smaller and the inside of the pool walls.
