Summary: Everything was good, especially breakfast, except that our a/c did not get the room below 74 degrees, even after running all night long. Told the front desk and three days ago sent message, via Hotel.com, to company, but got no response.

Summary: On the way up we asked Maricella the desk clerk about a good Steak House in the area and she called several family members for us and had suggestions when we checked in. Above and beyond good service!

Summary: Bed on a metal platform was wierd. Maybe a rug under it would buffer sound. Forks need to be replenished immediately. I had to eat breakfast with a spoon. Other then that, our stay was good.

Summary: Very nice spacious room, helpful check in personnel. The only thing that could be improved is the breakfast area it is very narrow and congested.

Summary: Breakfast was good but not adequately staffed. We had to wait 45 minutes for the eggs to be replenished. They don’t air condition the hallways or ice/laundry room which is odd to me. So it was hot in this places. It took us a while to figure out the room air conditioner as the wall thermostat wasn’t working. Nice lobby. WiFi good. Staff friendly. Would probably stay somewhere else next time for the price.

Summary: Everything was super excellent until an iron with black melted stuff ruined one of my best white dress shirts. We were there for a wedding and I needed to remove some wrinkles so I warmed the iron and didn’t realized the bottom had that gunk that transferred onto my shirt. I tried to remove it with all kinds of stuff but it’s wouldnt completely come off. It might have been some plastic. Thankfully I had an extra shirt. I called the front desk and they helped with giving me a new iron to use but I lost an expensive shirt which i should get reimbursed for.
