Summary: The staff was extremely helpful. They even upgraded me to a king executive suite which I thought was a good idea because there was a fold out sofa, but that sofa was the most uncomfortable bed I’ve ever slept in.

Summary: We booked for three nights. The first night we were put in a pet friendly room that smelled awful, (hallway was also awful smelling) everything was dusty or dirty. The pee in the room was so bad that it corroded the metal in different places. This was causing my son who has asthma to really struggle. The manager was amazing and moved us to a different room in a different floor reassuring me that no pets stay on that floor, but they do. Night three, a dog was in the room next door and my son had another as asthma attack. The breakfast was ok. It was definitely eco friendly on the towels, soaps and shampoos. The pool had a handicap lift that did not work and was broken. It needed to be torn completely down because it would swing into the pool and almost hit the kids. It was sharp and dangerous. We would not stay there again for the amount that we paid.

Summary: Not enough towels in the room the ceiling was leaking iron they gave us messed up clothes the cleaning service and service is not good. The staff at the front desk overnight so special is not friendly at all very rude attitude and every time we call for a service oh, we have to come downstairs And there was no kind of support or Customer Service presented as those while when you come enter the premises, welcome or anything like that so I was very unhappy with my stay Requested for one extra hour for the late checkout and the lady at the front desk was so rude. She literally told no and we were in the training so there was no point for me to check out at 11 o’clock because the training was ending 1130 so by 12 o’clock, I can check out and she was very rude to say me oh I can’t but other person in the morning said oh that was never a problem but why they keep on sending emails that to check out otherwise there is a fee which they will charge on the credit card
