Summary: So our stay wasn’t terrible the staff was friendly. There was just some things they 100% need to work on. The second we walked in it smelled soooooo bad like straight trash. In the hallway right where you have to walk to get to the elevator a bag of trash sat there for 5 plus hours. When eating our breakfast my girlfriend was on the verge of throwing up because there was trash sitting in the dinning area. Just seems like the house keeping needs to make more rounds and keep up on the trash. The pool was alittle dirty but it was nice besides that. Our room wasn’t bad only complaints are the shower head was gross. Second the blanket on our bed had a huge brown stain on it. Third the AC smelled like mold. So again our stay wasn’t to bad but for the price we paid we definitely had high expectations. They definitely need to clean better besides that it was a nice place to stay.

Summary: I booked a last minute trip for my family of 5. King bed, with pull out couch. I checked in prior to arrival- which did not save any time as we had to do the process over when arriving. Our room was one king bed. When I went to the service desk- no accommodations were made. Our room was clean & bed comfortable. Continental breakfast was not stocked up, for the amount of people utilizing it. Do not recommend!

Summary: The hotel was renovated and for the most part looked good but things didn’t work well. The TV was very intermittent, no house keeping unless you give the front desk 24 hour notice! Which I consider unacceptable, the guy at the front desk was very rude and uncooperative. I wouldn’t recommend anybody to stay there even if it was free.

Summary: The cover for the air conditioner unit was against the wall and not even on the unit. We found used fake fingernails in the dresser drawer. We called to have the light bulb in our bathroom fixed and no one ever came. Short staffed, took about 20 minutes to get us checked in, one employee was training a new employee and no one else was there. We went just for a wedding in the area but would not recommend. We went down for breakfast which was just average and there were people walking in off the street for breakfast with no one at the front desk.
