With 300 feet of private frontage on Beach Pond, a spring-fed lake that straddles the CT-RI border, you won't want to leave this mile long freshwater haven, ideal for swimming, boating, and fishing.
An open floor plan supports five bedrooms - 1 king, 3 queens, 3 twins (in one room), four- and one-half baths; vaulted ceilings and sliding glass doors in the living room provide full views of the lake and immediate access to the deck where you can dine al fresco, enjoy breakfast under the grand umbrella, or head down to the lake to claim your spot in an Adirondack chair and watch the day go by; the indoor dining table seats 10 and is adjacent to a screened-in sunporch perfect for a good read or a nap; a large and well-equipped kitchen and cozy family room share an open space for preparing a meal or hosting movie night w/ the 55" Smart TV. A sprawling lawn sits between the home and the lake and accommodates a variety of lawn games. Summary: We absolutely loved our stay at this Lake House!! Our children will never forget this vacation and talk about if for many years to come. The hose was cast and well stocked and beautiful!! The property was breathtaking and amenities plentiful and the lake was glorious for fishing, boating, and swimming!! Highly recommended!!!

Summary: We enjoyed all that the lake had to offer. The kids loved playing ping pong, playing the piano and just plain relaxing. We explored the surrounding areas like mystic and stonington as well. Thank you so much!!

Summary: Fabulous- relaxing- spacious- clean- impeccable pond and views, solid communication! It was all awesome! My dad was bummed the longer dock was pulled out due to it being older, safety hazard ect. To the rest of us no biggie, to him, he was looking forward to sitting And fishing further out. Still would give the best review! Amazing, attentive and kind owners. Would love to return!

Summary: The house and property were fabulous! Hosts were very attentive and friendly. Home was well stocked, clean and a view to die for. We played in the beautiful lake almost every day, used the kayaks and canoe provided, played badminton, and lounged in the Adirondack chairs drinking our morning coffee. Two refrigerators were available, which was helpful because we brought a lot of food with us. The perfect family vacation!

Summary: My family had a great two weeks at this lovely lakeside home! The owners are so friendly and helpful. Lots to do with the kids in Mystic (about a 30 min drive), great beaches nearby, etc. We had a wonderful stay!

Summary: Our stay at Tim and Christina’s lakefront home was all we hoped for and more. Very comfortable and gracious home for 5 adults and 6 kids with room to spare. Beautiful lake views across the expansive lawn from inside and outside. Lovely gardens surrounding their home. Adirondack chairs by the lake to enjoy all day long. Coffee and birdwatching by the lake became a peaceful morning ritual. Water activities were a favorite for our group - 2 kayaks, a canoe, and a swim raft that Tim and Christina ensured was installed before our arrival. We all enjoyed daily swimming in the crystal clear lake with sandy bottom. Tim and Christina were super responsive and helpful. Highly recommend!
