Summary: This is a good business and University hotel. It is located in the Ingenuity Park. They offer a quick breakfast and free parking. The rooms are clean and adequate for a business trip.

Summary: The hotel was comfortable and clean. The staff was friendly and courteous. Breakfast was “meh”. Overall a good visit.

Summary: Check-in was friendly. First room we were given smelled like a dirty dog, but we were switched to a cleaner room immediately. TV remote was missing, but Front Desk brought one up right away. TV worked on day one, but refused to come back on the next day, even when pressing the button on the TV. Shower water pressure was very weak, as was the buffet. Overall, ok. But there are better options at similar rates in the same area.

Summary: Hotel was very clean, and check in was fast and easy! Love the location because it is by alot of restaurants. Only problem is there is one elevator to get to the rooms so if a bunch of people are trying to go up you might have to wait a minute.

Summary: The first room that they gave me smelled like urine as soon as I opened the door. The lady at the front desk was kind enough to transfer me to a much cleaner and fresh smelling room.

Summary: Tub/shower faucet was laying in the tub so unable to bath. Maintenance was supposed to fix it the next day but got back to the room and nothing had been done. Had to change rooms. The morning desk guy should never be in a customer service position. Rudest person I have ever encountered. Afternoon staff is awesome!!
