Summary: Everything was fine, except when i asked for a wakeup call on my last day, but did not receive one. Its a good thing i set my phone alarm otherwise i would have missed my flight back home

Summary: The front desk staff was very friendly. The hotel itself needs some major renovations. Many parts of the hotel has chipped furniture. The door to get into the hotel gets stuck so badly that I thought I was locked out until someone came up and said you have to “really manhandle it” to get it to open. The hair dryer didn’t work and the outlet made a scary sound when trying to use it. The room had built up dust on the baseboards and the sheets had stains. Someone kept propping the fire door open which made me feel very unsafe as anyone could have gotten into the stairwell.

Summary: The bad: It was really sad that there was no room at 2 pm but I know that it says that it should be ready at 3 pm but it would have been a plus. The bathroom is a little old, it could be renovated. The Good: breakfast is great, the beds are clean and comfy.

Summary: So very dirty. Floors on halls and elevator were sticky. They had regular large garbage cans next to elevator on hallways. I saw roaches in dining room. I asked for my room to be cleaned after a few days I was told I was not on the schedule that I should of arrange for room cleaning way ahead of time.
