Summary: We always have a pleasant time when staying here, staff is friendly rooms are spacious and clean and your location is perfect for parking your car and never having to get back in it to eat, walk, entertainment

Summary: The front desk staff were fantastic. However, for a hotel as huge as it is, there is only one elevator working for a day. I had to wait 25 minutes to get to the first floor. The lobby, amenities, and ballrooms have been completely redone. However, it is very obvious that the rooms are stuck in the 80s. Musty smelling

Summary: the hotel is in a very nice location. Tons of things to do.During our stay the pool was out of service. We had to take the shuttle to the next sister hotel to use the pool. The rooms were clean, but could have been a bit cleaner. its a very outdated hotel. No Free breakfast! its a buffet style breakfast with the bare minimum for $18 per person. Spend your money else where for breakfast. The custumer service was grreat.

Summary: The state was very nice. Had a problem with locating availability of a luggage cart checking out went beyond checkout time had to have an access card re-issued also the towels were not very soft to the touch of the skin had an issue with the showerhead was moved to another room. Other than that my stay was very pleasurable, and I will rebook again.

Summary: Started off a little rocky had to wait on a room for a while after doing an early check in. The pool area was a mess from kids leaving trash but otherwise it was nice
