Summary: The hotel was excellent with cleanliness and great customer service. Only disappointed in breakfast. Went to eat at 8:00 and bacon was out also the waffle maker was not working.

Summary: I was surprised at how nice and updated the hotel was upon entry. The rooms were nice. Bed comfy and check in was super easy.

Summary: I was immediately disappointed in the pool. I paid $178 for a pool and looks different than picture online. Has pieces of pool floor broken off. Old broken life guard float in water. Side entrance smells like weed. Trash in the hallways.jacuzzi was not even hot or powerful. It was week. I booked for my birthday to relax and feel shafted. Never agin stay here.pubic hair on toilet seat and room service just walked in without knocking next morning scaring my son. Breakfast was normal but hash browns were raw and tasted terrible. And the elevator was scary sounded like it was gonna fall. m trying different place tonight
