Positive: Great location, next to the beautiful luxembourg gardens. Spacious living room, good quality kitchen equipments, washing machine and drier, perfect for family travel with kids and parents, also AC makes it comfortable for the hot summer
Negative: The ensuite shower room is a bit small, and the shower head doesn’t work in the main bathroom (only the rainfall shower works).

Positive: Very convenient location. The apartment is in good condition, in a beautiful Parisian style. There is an elevator in the building - for us it was important.
Negative: The water switch in the shower was broken, the pillows on the beds were terribly uncomfortable, and the apartment lacked a mirror in the hallway.

Positive: The studio was clean, the bedding was comfortable, the Dyson hairdryer was a nice touch. Washing machine was good but dryer was not working properly. The host provided travel size shampoo/body wash. Location was great, cafe downstairs is very convenient.
Negative: The photos of the studio were not represented in the main listing. It was my user error when choosing the studio due to less experience with Booking.com. The host was not responsive to my questions to clarify the studio setup. The only time we heard from the host was to complete the check-in process. We were provided a link to a separate website and asked for a 500€ deposit and copy of our passports. There was no prior warning of this to set our expectations. I reached out to Booking.com to ensure this was not a scam as the host was not responsive. We arrived in Paris earlier than expected and asked for a possibility to drop off our luggage at the apartment. Instead, the fine print on the listing said that if we wanted early check-in, we should have booked for the night before. The check-in time is at 16:00. Because we arrived in the morning, I kept checking with the host throughout the day if there was a time estimate for when the apartment will be ready, and the host told me that I was too stressful, without any thought to our traveling situation as a family. We did not receive instructions on how to access the unit until after 16:00 and the housekeeper was still cleaning the studio at 16:30. The unit is in a building inside the courtyard. The entire main building facing the street is fully covered in scaffolding. The apartment below the studio was under construction, so at 7:00 in the morning it was super loud with cutting of concrete, etc. We stayed 4 nights - this happened every morning. Once we were settled in, the host was very responsive to questions about the unit itself, but otherwise not helpful. Additionally, I had to initiate the contact to ensure 500€ deposit was timely refunded as there was no communication with regard to it after our departure. If we had better communication with the host in the beginning, we would have had a better experience. Otherwise the unit itself is fine minus the construction.

Positive: The apartment was very clean, stylish and comfortable. Very well equipped. Fine for a family of six people. Quite good location just behind le Jardin du Luxembourg and close to Montparnasse. There’s a lift in the building. The hosts were very kind and helpful. Thank you!
Negative: Would be great to have a mirror near the entrance and more shelves or a chest for clothes in bed rooms.
Summary: We hade a wonderful New Year time :)

Positive: Spacious, good location and comfortable. The building was built in the 18th hundreds, so you get the vibe of the city history. I personally enjoyed that.
Negative: Under furnished, no closets in the bedroom, no tissue boxes, no complimentary items like tea and milk etc, except for few coffee capsules and tea bags may be left by the previous tenants everything was just basic.
