Positive: The grounds were lovely, the host was gracious, and the restaurant had amazing food. The room was enormous but simple. Shuttle to airport was quick and very convenient.
Negative: Shower was lukewarm, no coffee pods for the coffeemaker. Small things.

Positive: The staff is very nice and caring and tried all the effort to help us. The shuttle was very good and prompt. The bathroom pressure shower is very good, especially for a long travel day. The free breakfast is excellent and held in the hotel expensive restaurant. The hotel is well designed and the garden is beautiful. A supermarket is just cross the street. The location is close to the airport but a little away from the downtown San Jose.
