Positive: Location good 10 mins walk to beach bars and restaurants also Mr Pizza across the road he does the biggest drinks ever and late night food if your hungry Bed was very comfortable and kitchen was well equipped
Negative: Shower in bathroom broken looking back in June at the reviews there was issues then and not been fixed just tape around the base of shower head. I reported this the second day someone came out and said a technician would call to fix but as it was Friday it wouldn't be until Monday but it was middle of the week before he came and then broke a tile hit the pipe so couldn't fix it until a tile that matched was found . Our stay was 17 nights and only had a small cubicle shower which wasn't any good for my husband with his medical condition so was using My sisters shower who was on the next complex not good enough really as we paid quite a bit for the apartment intentionally for 2 bathrooms. Couldn't get the firestick to work either and the fridge was freezing our fresh food which we had to throw away.

Positive: Lovely equipped apartment 5-10 min walk to the beach, supermarket nearby and the ground floor location is great to catch the sun. Chairs and umbrella are available to take to the pool and the beach. Thoroughly enjoyed our stay and will be back!
Negative: Shower head holder and toilet seat were broken in bathroom, and kitchen is relatively small but fully equipped! As there are also residents in the complex, you will occasionally hear dogs and noise from upstairs, but not a deal breaker.

Positive: The location was fantastic, the pool was lovely and the terrace area was fab for getting the sun all day. It was really close to the supermarket as well. The grounds man is also really friendly and works very hard to keep the gardens looking beautiful.
Negative: At times the property was a bit loud. a lot of local residents live in the complex so at times you might hear a dog barking but it didn’t make a difference to our stay. In fact it made us feel at home that we could give a dog a fuss during our stay. everyone in the block are very friendly. we would 100% stay again and this is not a complaint at all just an observation.
Summary: We loved our stay and will definitely be back again.

Positive: We were greeted with a warm welcome when picking up our keys to the apartment and the check in/out process was easy. The apartment is stylishly furnished (the pics dont do it justice) and offers everything you need for a comfortable stay. The location is great with only a 5 minute walk to Arenal beach and an abundance of bars, restaurants and some nice shops catering for all tastes and budgets. The apartment is a 2 minute walk to a large supermarket making home catering very convenient. The terrace is a great bonus and gives some full sun or shade all day. Its great for drying clothes, sunbathing and dining alfresco. The pool area is beautiful, well tended and very quiet and you can take the flat sun loungers and/or the recliner chairs from the apartment to the pool. The apartment has a welcoming feel with thoughtful little touches like oil, vinegar, salt, sugar and teabags, board games, and the large tv has British channels. All in all we loved everthing and get the feeling that the owners of La Sirena really do care that everthing is up to a high standard and want their guests to enjoy their stay.
Negative: We liked everything but were only given one bath towel and one hand towel each, and one toilet roll between two. I think this is not enough for a weeks stay. To be fair the staff are available by phone and whatts app, and when asked, promptly delivered more towels. We purchased more loo tolls ourselves, but again im sure they would have provided more had we asked.
Summary: A beautiful apartment with lovely quiet pool area. Highly recommend.
