Positive: Very cosy and comfortable for a little Paris apartment in Le Marais. Lots of details well thought out and very comfortable. Very close to the metro, Hotel de Ville is 1-2 minute walk door to door. Notre Dame is a 5-7 minute walk, and latin quarter is 15 min from the apartment. Very lively restaurants across the street, good shops if you need basics clothes. BHV is there in case you need safe fashion, very cool vintage shops, and EATALY is behind property (but you’re in Paris and there are much better options!) The building is secure and it has a lift /elevator. You can hear if your neighbour goes in/out of their apartment, but that’s Paris! 10/10 recommend
