Negative: Air conditioning not working. The electricity when out they have back up does not cover air conditioning. Water very cold and breakfast advertised the kitchen was closed as staff did not arrive on time. Had to go some place else. The restaurant advertised is close at this.

Positive: Location in middle of old town, close to all bars and restaurants , shops , the roof top pool was a god send , as got so hot walking around sights. Views of sea and harbour great. Building is old colonial type great character . Loved it all .

Positive: The surrounding area was neat and the building was neat. In walking distance of shopping and eating.
Negative: No hot water for the shower, can't flush toilet paper which is so gross, couldn't find bedding for the pull out couch, couldn't find remotes to work for all the split system AC units so some rooms were warm and the elevator is really slow. Hard to find close parking as well.
