This third-floor apartment is located in a 165 year old historic building. It offers all the modern conveniences you need for a comfortable stay, including freshly prepared beds with luxury sheets and plush pillows. For your enjoyment there is a 75” Samsung Frame television , so you can watch tv or put your favorite art work. There is a record player, to listen to your favorite music. We have air conditioning in both bedrooms and living room. Plus ceiling fans.
Your apartment is located on the third floor. Be aware there is no elevator, as is customary in Old San Juan, so the apartment is accessible by two flights of stairs.
Step outside and immerse yourself in the lively atmosphere of Fortaleza Street. You’ll be just a short 4-minute walk from Plaza de Armas, the local supermarket, and Plaza Colón.
