Summary: Very good hotel in Old San Juan. We were frustrated that we couldn’t regulate the temperature in our room. This could only be done by the front desk.

Summary: Beautiful area of Old San Juan. Walkable to many restaurants and attractions. Hotel Pool was closed. But it’s a lovely place and I’d stay again.

Summary: Breakfast on the roof was super delicious! Disappointed the pool was being renovated as that would have been nice after a very long day of traveling. This was our second stay and would stay again.

Summary: Wonderful location, beautiful hotel & restaurant. However, if you are seeing the primary photo & think you can use the pool, you are wrong. There should have been a disclaimer stating the pool was out of service & will be for quite some time. Instead, we got there to a sign that read the pool was undergoing "cleaning" - yet there was a whole ass renovation being done! And yet the guy at the desk told us he thought the pool was potentially going to be done in time for one of the days we would be staying. Sorry but anyone with eyes could tell the pool was FAR from being done & was under a total renovation. I do not appreciate the BS this place spewed to us & the misrepresentation of the property. We paid a lot of money for a location that did NOT meet our expectations.

Summary: The staff was amazing. We arrived close to 7pm and experienced a huge issue with Hotels.com where payment was blocked. The young lady at the desk worked tirelessly to get the issue resolved

Summary: Great location, half of the staff was very friendly (Brian the bartender, the cook, one of the front desk girls upon check in, the cleaning crew). Unfortunately the pool was closed and we were not notified...they are making improvments, possible adding an awning, which resulted in a lot of banging all day. I think it will be a perfect stay once the pool is open again.
