Positive: Wonderful location, 10 min to the beach. A peaceful place in a nice neighbourhood. Safe parking on a one-way road. Lovely terrace and outdoor kitchenette. A warm welcome with wine and snacks! Giulia is very helpful if you need a tip on what to do/see.

Negative: It's a small studio apartment, although you have everything you need in it. The shower is tiny, a bit awkward to have a shower if you are a bigger person. We missed a wooden spatula for cooking, but that's a minor.

Positive: Giulia, the host, is an amazing person. Very nice and helpful! The terrace is beautiful and the grounds are full of flowers. Very close to the city and the beach. Convenience store, gas station and pharmacy close to the place.

Negative: The space could be a little more roomy!
