Positive: Comfortable apartment for 4 adults + 2 kids; kitchen is well equipped, and the view is simply superb. I would return just to sit on that balcony! Davide was very responsive. With 2 AC units in the apartment, we were very comfortable (travelled in July)

Positive: We had an amazing stay in La terrazza sul Gulfo. The view from the dining/living room and the balcony was amazing and probably our favourite part. The sunrises were stunning! The afternoon shade on the balcony was welcommed. The apartment was just as described, the kitchen was well equipped, all appliances worked and it was clean. The aircon in the livingroom and the master bedroom allowed us to regulate the temperature as we wanted. The host, Davide, who manages this flat on behalf of it’s owners, was extremely nice. We communicated with ease using Whatsapp. He had great recommendations for our stay and he was so service minded when it came to arranging check-in and check-out times. Portovenere was a lovely town to stay in. So much to see and explore, great restaurants and clear blue water for refreshing swims. We highly recommend renting this flat!
Negative: There wasn’t much to complain about in this flat. Just be aware that there are quite a few steps down to the beach. But, we also realised that there is a bus driving around Portovenere continuosly which takes you straight down to the beach and up again. It stoppes right outside the appartment. The main fuse could not take two aircons, the oven and the kettle at the same time, so it takes a little bit of consideration. I would recommend to just ask Davide for the location of the main fuse on check in just in case! Finally, when somebody showers, using water im the rest of the flat reduces the waterpressure in the shower. But really, don’t let any of these pointers stop you from experiencing this amazing flat!
