Positive: The breakfast was freshly prepared each morning with a selection of cereals, fruits and pastries. The view is stunning and the property is well maintained. The separate kitchen/dining/veranda area is great as we could sit out and enjoy our own picnics. Plus Ilenia is extremely friendly and helpful.

Negative: Directions to the property could be added to the information sheet. We got lost along a white road as that is where the satnav took us. Luckily Ilenia was able to send us the link as she had been in contact with us earlier.

Summary: The property is gorgeous and not far from a good restaurant. We enjoyed our short time there.

Positive: Very well kept and up standard from others that we stayed..All brand new with all the facilities.Able to use the kitchen as if you were at home,but you have to respect the house rules which is important.. Ileana was a super host and no trouble in giving you info and advise on what to do and explore.. We will definitely,if visit that area again,staying ..

Positive: This property has been recently renovated to a very high standard. It is family-run and they pay attention to the small details to help your stay to be restful, enjoyable and memorable. There is often a home-baked cake or pastry for breakfast, which can be eaten inside or out on the terrace. The location is wonderful, a short drive out of Offida with views of their vineyard and rolling hills beyond. The room was clean and the renovation recently completed so felt like new. It is spacious with air conditioning. The bathroom is fully accessible and to a high standard.

Negative: Nothing to improve.

Summary: This is a real gem and a great location for visiting the area.
