Positive: We were met with a huge smiling welcome to this lovely old house. The location was lovely, on the outskirts of the local village.. Our bedroom was large with an expansive window overlooking gardens and land with chicken pleasantly scratching around... a very calming and pleasant environment.. We meet Eric the cat who is adorable!! This is also very clearly a children friendly hostelry. Breakfast was typically French, very fresh and served in a large dining room which even has small snooker table.. We were welcome to stay as long as we liked on our departure day with no assure to depart by any given time.
Summary: Lovely, comfortable old French bulding where we were given a warm welcome.

Positive: We had a wonderful and stay in the beautiful house in a beautiful and quiet location right next to Château de Vascoeuil and only 20+ km from Rouen. Marguerite is an exceptional host, very hospitable, attentive, intelligent and pleasant to be with. The house is nicely decorated with lots of art works. Thank you, Marguerite!
