Positive: This is another hidden gem when going to Paris and Disneyland is on the wish list. The apartment is very nicely located in a clean and nice neighborhood of Bussy-Saint-Georges. It provides access to a private parking spot in the building underground garage, so we knew our car is safe for the entire duration of our stay. It was perfect for a family of 4, having 3 bedrooms, a living room, and overall I found it very spacious for the price we paid, in comparison with accommodation in Paris in general. Shops and Boulangeries are very close. A coffee machine with Nespresso capsules for a good coffee and add warm croissants from Boulangerie to the breakfast, excellent! Add to this the many Asian restaurants, given the fact the neighborhood is predominantly Asian with a great community of Vietnamese people. That means excellent Vietnamese restaurants, and lots of Asian shops as well. The RER station is a few minutes walk and it takes about 30 min to get to Gare de Lyon, and about 2 stations to Disneyland. This was great especially when we returned very late from Disneyland fireworks.
Negative: The instructions to dispose the garbage were not quite applicable, because the bins were not on the indicated street anymore, so we had to search other bins.

Positive: Loved almost everything about this property. For visitors to Disneyland Paris, it has an extremely good location (~15 minutes door to door to Disneyland via direct train and just 4 minutes of walking to the station). Even if you want to visit Paris, it's still a very good location: 30 minutes by direct train gets you to central Paris. Very quiet location and huge supermarket and boulangerie in 2-3 minutes walk range. Very comfy beds and pillows. Huge LCD screen with all modern digital services available, free and extremely fast WIFI (1.3 Gbps from my mobile). Very clean and well maintained, seemed very new. Owner was incredibly prompt and helpful at any question we had. Fully equipped kitchen and with new tableware, cuttlery, dishes, etc. Great rainshower and very clean and shiny bathrooms (shower+sink in separate room from toilet). Very good lighting and powerful lightbulbs. Balcony with a small table and 2 chairs.
Negative: A bit of a learning curve for getting the key and navigating the residential complex at first try, but afterwards it was very easy and the owner was incredibly supportive and helped throughout the entire process. Only one key/security card available which means that if your party splits and the groups don't want to depend on each other for access, the key needs to be left in the lockbox on site (very easy to use). Blankets rather thick for the weather. Door to the water boiler is not secured so need some extra care if young children are involved (was not my case but I can imagine it may be an issue).
Summary: Best property I could have gotten for both visiting DisneyLand and Paris, great comfort and owner.
