In Lanvallay (5 minutes from the historic center of Dinan), we offer this large, modern and comfortable house for rent, with its spacious rooms and private swimming pool. The 180 m² house can accommodate up to 6 travelers. It comprises a beautiful 75 m² living room with a wood-burning stove, a fully-equipped kitchen, three large bedrooms, two bathrooms (one with whirlpool bath) and a 250 m² enclosed garden. Bed linen and towels included, we're waiting for you!
The accommodation is composed as follows:
First floor:
- An entrance with cupboards and bench with storage
- A living room of 75 m², very luminous thanks to a crossing exposure, composed of a corner lounge with a large corner sofa, TV, Wifi, and wood stove open to the living room (wood not provided) and a dining area with a large table that can accommodate 6 guests
- A kitchen, open to the living room, equipped with : electric kettle, oven, microwave oven, toaster, hotplates, Nespresso coffee machine...
- A back kitchen with combined refrigerator/freezer, washing machine and dishwasher
- A master bedroom, facing west, with a queen-size bed (160x200), large closets with shelves and hanging space and an adjoining bathroom with Italian shower
- A separate toilet
On the first floor:
- A large mezzanine with a relaxation area (books available) giving access to the balcony
- A bedroom, facing west, with a queen-size bed (160x200), large closets and closet
- An east-facing bedroom with two single beds (80x200), possibility of making one double bed. It is equipped with a closet and a closet
- An office space composed of a desk, armchair and bench giving access to the balcony
- A children's / sports area: space with baby bed, children's games and a sports bike
- A bright bathroom with a whirlpool bath
- A separate toilet

- A private swimming pool of 6x3m, heated to 27° and available from May 23th to September 30th depending on weather conditions. The pool is treated by salt filtration and pool accessories are available. Alarm system and protective cover to secure the access. Pool towels are available.
- A large balcony on the first floor, facing east, with a small garden furniture, overlooking the green space.
The apartment is ideally located in Lanvallay, in a very pleasant and quiet environment, ideal for resting. You will be close to all essential stores but also to boutiques, restaurants, bars, market...
