Summary: Old hotel but excellent food, drinks, good service & location. Hotel is generally attracting older guests from Germany, Russia, UK. Good price to quality ratio on condition you don't pay more than 80 EUR/night (All Inclusive). A solid 3* but not 4* - basic rooms with old TVs but good beds, bathrooms & efficient A/C - water only in minibars - only 1 small working lift for 181 rooms - medium quality evening shows - limited music by the pool - very limited sports activities - basic, no frills swimming pool - indoor pool & night club closed (mid October) - nice garden but looking like Northern Europe (pine trees instead of palms) Rather ugly Beach Bar (1* out of 5*), open till 16:30 only ! - only beer & soft drinks available, no cocktails or ice cream - poor food choice & quality compared to the hotel itself - no water sports included in room rate - dirty toilets - no Bali beds

Summary: Te hotel is ild but in good conditions, nothing special, but its mostly clean and safe, stuff is super friendly and helpful.

Summary: The hotel is a bit old and small compared to the surrounding hotels, no much facilities, no aqua park pool is small, the beach is far (600m), parking is small and congested. But in general cleanliness is good, staff are friendly.

Summary: Our 2nd stay at this hotel. Will definitely return. Rooms are good size and en-suite. No complaints just a comment beach bar and toilets at beach could be improved

Summary: Staff was nice but most didn’t speak any English at all. I struggled with food because I’m gluten and lactose intolerant (especially breakfast). I was solo traveller and there were no cameras in or outside the lifts or on the corridors so didn’t feel safe. The bathroom sink,shower and toilet was clean but the areas around the sink and the bathroom and toilet floor had a lot of yellow stains . Some of the chars on the stairs were old and needs to be recycled. The carpets outside rooms and lifts were old and dirty and needs to be removed. Definitely not a five star!! Perhaps 3.5 stars because of areas mentioned above.Most can easily be improved. Over priced for what was on offer.

Summary: Great atmosphere. Helpful, friendly staff, especially Umit. Clean and efficient hotel, we really enjoyed our stay. And the pizza chef made delicious pizzas.

Summary: Breakfast was the best, cakes were amazing, ice cream was lush. Service was amazing from the staff. 5 stars from me. Only tiny tiny complaint is that the swimming pool is far too deep for non-swimmers. The lower section of the pool is less deep however that section is really small and get overfilled really quickly.
