Summary: The condo was nice and roomy. However, we did not have any internet connection or TV for the first 3-4 days. The condo was quite cold. We could not get the temperature to go above 67 and it was around 62 in the morning. We were sitting around in our winter jackets for the first 3-4 days with no TV to watch. . When they finally got the internet/TV to work, they also got the temp. corrected. There were space heaters in the bedrooms which we had to use, however, they blew the circuit breaker. If they get these issues fixed so it does not happen again, the condo itself was good. I feel we should have been given a discount for the first 3-4 days.

Summary: The property met our expectations except for the gas fireplace not working. When I contacted management they said “oh that’s not one of the amenities. When you’re in a Colorado condo (in the middle of a snowstorm), it seems ironic, to have a non-working fireplace. The fireplace was listed in one of the pictures on the website. We all know how much a fireplace adds to a condo. This was a disappointment, as all winter condos we have visited in the past have had working fireplaces. t,

Summary: The rental is in a quiet, nice neighborhood just outside of Denver. It was a great place to stay and not be in a big city. We would stay there again.

Summary: Everything was great. It was very clean and comfortable. My only recommendation would be for the owner to get updated TVs to make it easier to stream. Otherwise, we loved this place!

Summary: This property was filthy with a large amunt of hair in the master bathroom drawers, large amounts of dust behind the televisions, cobwebs on the porch. The blinds in the main living area tgat face the porch was completely btoken and falling off the wall, refrigerator water did not work, and master bedroom tv did not work. Could not get in touch with property management on the phone, so left in the dark. I would not stay here again!

Summary: The location in Lafayette was the perfect distance for moving our youngest into Williams Village at CU Boulder. We ran into some issues with check in because the previous renters locked the door between the town home and the garage. Because of this, the cleaners were not able to get in and a locksmith had to be called. We ended up not checking in until around 10pm after driving 16 straight hours to get there. The owners/renters were very communicative and let us know right away. We were given a generous discount, so I can't complain too much about that. The house had plenty of everything and was great for our purposes. I would make one note for future renters. There are a lot of stairs. It is three flights up to get to the master bedroom, so someone with mobility issues might have trouble. We did not have a problem, but there is no place to sleep on the main level other than a Lazyboy type couch if you get there and realize stairs are an issue. I do have a couple of suggestions for the owners: 1.) The door between the garage and the house locked on it's own several times while we were there. Luckily we had someone inside to open it. My suggestion is that the door knob be replaced so that future renters do not run into that issue. 2.) While the property was very clean in general, the carpet was very dirty - especially on the stairs. I am fairly certain this is because the cleaners use oil on the wood floors that then gets tracked all over the house. The cleaners had just left when we got there and there was a thick oil on every wood floor that was unavoidable. If it is like that for each rental, I can see why the carpet looks like it does. My suggestion would be changing what is used to clean the floor. 3.) The bed in the master bedroom is as hard as a rock.

Summary: We were in Lafayette for a family gathering. Condo 3 levels plus stairs up from garage. Would not be good for people with mobility issues but it was great for us. Did have some issues on check in but office responded quickly and rest of stay was wonderful. Couch that turns into bed not very comfortable but couch in living area worked fine and was comfortable. Great Lake in neighborhood to walk around which is about a mile around.

Summary: Stayed here while visiting family in the area and it was perfect. There was also a space where I could do a little work while we were in town. Would be nice to have window coverings in one of the square windows and the sun hit my face the first morning.

Summary: The condo was clean and had everything a small group or family would need to comfortably sleep, cook and hang out. The beds were comfy, there was plenty of hot water and the AC was good. When we needed anything the host was responsive.
