Positive: Clean, tidy home. Perfect size for our family. Great location, close to Taupo town centre and main tourist attractions. It is in a residential area, so it was peaceful too. Loved the fire - we arrived on a cold day, it was nice to warm up in front of it.
Negative: Mattresses were a little thin on top, perhaps a mattress topper could be a good investment.

Negative: There could of been more fire starters to get fire to go . But was not the end of the world.
Summary: We have stayed here before and its great as it is close to everything. Will book again soon.

Positive: Stayed family of 7, felt very homely, enjoyed the fire place, kids were happy and enjoyed the bath. Plenty of board games, for entertaining. Spent the last night playing cards. Great location, handy with the shops just a 2min walk away. Would definitely stay here again. Was the perfect size house for all our family.

Positive: Very nice clean home. Nice layout and spacious. Comfortable. Warm and cosy with the fireplace. Nice Ensuite with toilet. 2nd toilet separate from bathroom.
Negative: Would have been nice if fireplace had kindling, and set ready to light, as it was very cold. (Winter). 2 oil heaters, and 2 (working) fan heaters were just enough to warm most areas. No heatpump. Could not access full details of the property through the email or book.com app. At the property found details on the fridge door. Extended booking to 4 nights, but app only showed 3. This review only shows 2 nights. (Book.com).
