That’s right – take advantage of a log cabin setting, with 5 bedrooms and 4.5 baths and very modern home features including a gourmet granite countertop kitchen, dual sinks, glass cook surface, dual oven, and take advantage of the insta-hot water system for that ‘on demand’ hot cup of coffee, tea, or cocoa. And certainly enjoy a summertime favorite with some great gas grill BBQ’ing on the deck right outside the kitchen door. Revel in the peaceful tranquility of the water, watch birds, ducks, and many of the other wonders of nature from the boathouse screen room or the deck on the water. There’s also great fishing off the dock...catch bass, catfish, blue gill, etc.! Take advantage of beautiful water views from any room in the house. Read a book or watch the lake by the ‘wall of glass’ from within the house. Create memories and stories that will be enjoyed for generations to come. Play a game of 8-ball or foosball or air hockey and create your very own family ‘game’ tournaments to see who has bragging rights at the end of your wonderful family vacation. Enjoy wireless Internet, play games on the Wii, or watch a show using the DVD or DirecTV on the 70” screen in the living room. We are on the ‘private’ side of Lake Anna also known as the “hot or warm side” of the lake. We have a boat launch on the property if you wish to bring your boat and go on the water for a cruise. Weather permitting, you will find that the water temperatures on the warm side of the lake are suitable for boating nearly the whole year.

Summary: We were really happy with this house. The views are spectacular right from the living room. And unlike some other lake houses, the lake is really close to the house. The layout is really good for a large group. The main floor kitchen, dining room, great room is great. Communication with the owner was awesome. We would definitly stay here again.

Summary: When you walk in the door of the Lake Anna Log Cabin, the first thing is the awesome view out of the "glass wall" overlooking the lake. WOW! This was a great place for my family to stay, something here for everyone. And Tom was VERY accommodating, even assisting with loading a boat. Highly recommended!!

Summary: Ideal location, outstanding view, right on the water. We had a 3-generation family vacation for 6 adults and 4 children and everybody had a great time. Kids lived in the lake. Home is spacious, well equipped and comfortable. Best part is the owner, Tom, who is thoroughly engaged and engaging. He will supply you with all the detailed information you need to have a wonderful experience. We're going back next year!

Summary: Tom was a great host, who was easy to contact and made check in and check out really easy. The view of the lake from the great room was fantastic and the house was spacious for our group of 7. The warm side of the lake lived up to it's reputation and the dock and kayaks were the perfect compliment to the lake. Hope to stay here again soon!

Summary: My family and I had a great stay at the property. We had an issue with the air conditioning not working on the main floor upon our arrival; however, Tom was quick to have the issue fixed. The house was just as described and the views were incredible. Tom was quick to answer any questions we had. We also had fun playing pool and air hockey. The home was well stocked with anything you would need. Overall we had a great time!! I highly recommend this property.
