The elegance of Lake Anna Luxury extends indoors with a spacious open-plan living area, combining the living room, dining room, and kitchen into a harmonious space for gathering and entertainment. The kitchen, equipped with marble countertops and new premium appliances, invites culinary exploration, complemented by an abundance of dining options both inside and outdoors.
Upstairs, a lofted living area with plush seating, a large 4K smart TV, and a kitchenette offers more space to relax.
Each of the 7 bedrooms is a haven of comfort, featuring premium linens, stylish decor, 4K smart TVs, and the comfort of central air-conditioning. The home is also equipped with a washer & dryer, children’s amenities, beach gear, a Ping-Pong table, a Nintendo, 4 workstations, 10 Smart TVs, and high-speed internet, ensuring every need is met.
Enjoy our seasonal infinity pool from Memorial Day to early October.
Please note: We try to keep the heated pool open as long as possible but when air temperatures get below 50 degrees, the pool is unable to maintain swimmable temperatures. The pool should be available for use starting in May through September. We hope the large covered Hot Tub helps fill the gaps through the cooler months! For a cozy swim, pool heating is available in May, September and October for an extra $100+tax/day. Since our pool heats gradually, please inform us ahead of your stay if you'd like the pool heated for your arrival. (We do not heat the pool in the hot summer months.)
There is free parking available for 8 vehicles (No Parking or Driving on Grass), and an EV charger is available for your use.
In order to provide you with a comfortable home that's maintains an ideal temperature, we are unable to allow you to open the large garage doors.

Summary: House is exactly as pictured. There’s a bonus tv room with a pull out couch and its own bathroom that we didn’t discover until the end of our trip. We paid extra for the pool to be heated, which was well worth it. Also, the hot tub is massive. Overall great place to stay.

Summary: Perfect location for friends to gather from PA, NC, and VA. Great central location and beautifully situated on the Lake. Plenty of space so that everyone could have their own bed and bath, and the common areas (inside and out) were comfortable and numerous. We took full advantage of the covered dock pavilion and outside spaces. Check in was very easy and the owner responded quickly. The house was exactly as pictured and described. Hope to return someday.

Summary: We recently rented this incredible Lake Anna house, joined by several other families, and it was nothing short of perfect. The house itself is spacious, beautifully designed, and fully equipped to handle a large group without ever feeling crowded. Each family had their own space to retreat to, while the common areas were ideal for gathering, whether it was for meals, games, or just relaxing together. The outdoor space is what truly sets this property apart. The kids spent hours playing in the pool and kayaking and enjoying the lake, and the adults enjoyed the peaceful views from the pier and the swim spa. The owners clearly put a lot of thought into making this a home. Every detail was taken care of, from the well-stocked kitchen to the living spaces, multiple balconies, outdoor bathroom and cozy living room with the Nintendo switch for the kids. We’ll definitely be back!

Summary: This property is absolutely amazing!!! I love the indoor/outdoor spaces and open concept of this house. The property is spotless and had everything we needed to have a family fun weekend. The hose Dan is also amazing and answered all of my questions ahead of my rental. If I could give more than 5 stars I would. Thanks for making our weekend one to remember!
