Lone Pine View Lakefront Retreat
You will adore endless opportunities for recreation and relaxation at our newly built lakefront home, Lone Pine View. This spacious home sleeps up to eight guests, with three bedrooms and three bathrooms. Two of the bedrooms feature comfortable queen beds with ensuite bathrooms, while the master bedroom offers a luxurious king bed, walk-in closet, ensuite bathroom, and a daybed with two twin beds. All beds come with fresh sheets and cozy quilts, and each bathroom is stocked with plenty of clean towels and soap.
The open-concept main living space includes a fully equipped kitchen, a lower game room, and the master bedroom, all boasting breathtaking lake views. With three levels, there’s plenty of space to play games, cook, watch a movie, or unwind with a book. Afterward, enjoy floating in the lake or roasting marshmallows by the firepit.
Kitchen & Entertainment: The kitchen is well-stocked with all necessary amenities, including a dual coffee/espresso machine, dinner service for 12, microwave, dishwasher, and stove/oven. We also provide hand towels, dish and dishwasher liquid, and basic spices/seasonings.
The lower level, though unfinished, offers excellent entertainment options such as ping pong, darts, card games, puzzles, or simply relaxing on the sofa with a good book. Beach towels, extra rubber flip-flops, and a washer and dryer are also provided.

Location: Situated just two hours north of Boston, Lake Arrowhead is an 1100-acre lake located between Portland, Maine, and North Conway, NH. Known as one of Maine’s top trophy bass fishing lakes, the area offers hiking and biking trails, coastal beaches, and the Kittery Outlet Malls, all within easy reach.
Important Notes: We want to ensure your stay is as enjoyable as possible, and it’s important that your expectations and ours are aligned. Summary: It was our family’s second summer staying at this beautiful, perfectly appointed and situated house on Lake Arrowhead. The house is fully stocked with anything and everything you might need, so much so that we make home-cooked meals there every night rather than eat out. The boats and lake are perfect for floating, swimming and adventuring all day and they keep us and our kids entertained for the entire week. The owners are extremely responsive and helpful and do not overlook any details with the house. We’re already looking forward to our return next year!

Summary: What a beautiful property. Great lake for boating. Nice dock for swimming off or just lounging. Fire pit was great. Ping pong and darts came in handy with a couple bad weather days. House had everything you could ask for including a very well stocked kitchen. Super clean house and quick to respond hosts. I highly recommend!

Summary: Stayed at Lone Pine View with two adults and two 16 year olds. Was exactly as described, if not better. The home was very clean, all amenities were available (inside and out) with detailed instructions about the property as well as information about the local area. Just needed to reach out to Jackie for a couple questions and she was super quick and detailed in her responses. Even though we had a couple wet days during our week, between all the home had to offer combined with the two club houses even our 16 year olds were active and entertained. On the rest of the sunny days, the provided floats, kayaks, paddle boat, etc provided us with the lake time we were looking for. Would highly recommend Lone Pine View for groups of all ages - there truly was something for everyone here.

Summary: This is our second year at this beautiful home. This year the weather wasn’t perfect, but when you are here the weather doesn’t matter, we played ping pong, darts, cards, and enjoyed our family. This home has everything you could ever need and more. The fishing is great, their cove is amazing to lounge and read a good book and perfect for everyone to swim, If anything is ever needed - Jackie and Tom are just a call away. They just thought of everything for you to relax sit back and enjoy your week! The only complaint we had is that a week is not long enough 😢

Summary: Lone Pine View is an amazing rental! This is our second stay here and we enjoyed another memorable week! Jackie and Tom’s home is so warm and inviting. Well stocked with pots, pans, casserole dishes and utensils, so no need to bring your own. We enjoyed the relaxing and quiet waterfront on a daily basis.Jackie and Tom are quick to respond to any questions you may have. Summary: This rental home is immaculately clean with super comfy furnishings, and the most well appointed kitchen we have ever had in 20 years of renting. The lake is calm and clean. Great for kayaking and swimming. The owners provide linens, towels, FULL SIZED bath products (that's a first!), and paper products. You really need to bring nothing other than clothing. We had great weather so didn't spend a lot of time indoors but did enjoy the darts and ping pong table one evening. Best vacation spot ever if you're looking to relax and unwind. Jackie is a very responsive host. We loved our stay and hope to return again in the future. Oh and Krista's Restaurant is a must. Best meal we've had in years!

Summary: We rent a house for a week each summer to escape from life & a much needed break from it all. We’ve become accustomed to packing many household things knowing many of the properties lacked them. This home had every conceivable item we needed throughout; from the kitchen supplies to recreation! What we appreciated specifically was clear instructions of how to operate house appliances, etc. - this is something we've never had provided in any other rental homes in all these years & it was so nice not being subjected to trouble-shooting & figuring out foreign appliances & electronics blindly. The owners were available immediately to respond & act when we had the batteries die in the e-keypad & they were extremely friendly & pleasant to deal with. Upon our arrival, we were also greeted by a bottle of wine, snack basket & a hand-written notecard welcoming us & wishing us a wonderful vacation (another house rental first). This home provided the ideal serenity & vista enabling true relaxation & comfort - we enjoyed exploring Maine, fishing from the dock, preparing home-cooked meals, playing ping-pong & darts, & so much more. Summary: This is our favorite house and lake vacation yet! The house is new with everything you need for a fun, relaxing lake vacation. It’s perfectly appointed and had boats, floats, games and space to keep our family well entertained for the entirety of the trip. The location isn’t too far from surrounding towns with lots to do on a rainy day. The hosts were so friendly and helpful and put a lot of effort into their property. We hope to return next year!
