Positive: The house was very clean, and had all the things we might need (kitchen tools, plenty of towels, washer/dryer etc). Location was good as we were in town for a family wedding and we had many pre and post wedding event venues to get to. The neighborhood was quiet.
Negative: Just suggestions: leave directions on how to work the TV and available streaming; list the 'coffee machine' as a k-cup - we brought ground coffee; the bathroom and/or bedrooms need some wall hooks for towels and clothing, could use a few more hangers and maybe another mirror in a bedroom. And a secure wall handle to assist in getting in and out of the tub would have made me feel more secure. None of these suggestions are deal breakers, we would absolutely stay here again, but would have made the stay better.

Positive: Cute place with everything I needed. Excellent location within walking distance of where I needed to be. Nice quiet neighborhood
Negative: Bed was comfortable but reeeeeally squeaky from just a little movement

Positive: Had A very nice time at the Cottage. Located very close to our destination for the weekend and a great value. It had everything we wanted to stay there and met our needs as well. We will be back and hope to stay again in the future.
Negative: Not a whole lot to dislike at the residence. It had all we needed. If anything maybe an updated bedframe in the room at the front of the house, it was very squeaky and a bit shakey/unstable. Other than that we hope to stay again.
