Beautiful lakefront home on Lake Charlevoix , 3 bedrooms ( plus a bunkbed in separate room) , 3 1/2 baths for your family and friends to enjoy. During the day your time can be filled with swimming, kayaking (one provided), paddle boarding (4 SUP's provided) and relaxing on the shores of beautiful Lake Charlevoix. Later take in the beautiful sunsets looking 15+ miles down Lake Charlevoix and gather around the fire pit for s'mores.

remodeled from top to bottom, this three bedroom, three & half bath, air conditioned house with 75 ft of Lake Charlevoix frontage is yours to enjoy.( Two bedrooms in house, with en-suite baths, one bunk house, one separate bedroom suite off garage with queen bed and en suite bath, TV) A fully stocked kitchen and living area which is loaded with many amenities, including a fireplace, family room with smart tv, & a sectional sofa. Home also features a charming bunk room perfect for tweens or teens. A two stall garage with attached separate living area which includes coffee maker, refrigerator, microwave TV, full bath and queen bed. A 40 FT dock with a is included. Also there is buoy for mooring boats is provided. There is a large grass yard on the lake with a large outdoor patio for dining and a fire pit for smores at night!Maximum 6 people.

Summary: We had a fabulous time on Lake Charlevoix. Everyone said the same thing! I guess the only thing I can say is it was perfect except I wish the houses were closer. Thank you Steve

Summary: Great time on the lake with our family, totaling 11 adults and kids in all. Great location on the Lake for the main house with all the amenities you would want including paddle boards, kayaks, and fire pit as well as a wide variety of outdoor sitting and lounging options. The second main house is just on the other side of the access road a short 3-4 minute walk. This is where the volleyball and pickleball courts are located. The owner lives right next door and was there to let us in and show us around. He was also readily available throughout the week if we needed anything. If you have an active bunch that enjoys all that there is to do on the Lake, this is a great option. There are also several bikes and ping pong in the detached garage.

Summary: This property was fabulous for our 12 person family---beautiful lake setting, endless activities, close proximity to lots of other northern MI sites. I'd highly recommend this property. The owner lives right next door--and was great and super responsive.

Summary: We stayed on this property with 6 adults and 4 kids (ages 18-21). The back house was perfect for the kids and the lake house was perfect for the adults. All adults had a very private bedroom and their own bathroom which we do not usually get so that was nice. The property owner was very responsive if we had any questions. They live right next door! We spent most of our time at the lake house, the kids would come there to be with us and then go back to their house to stay up later. There is a small beach area and a beautiful firepit area! We had bonfires every night. The houses are only about a 5-10 minute drive to Boyne City....really cute town. It's about a 20 minute drive to Petoskey and Charlevoix. We rented a pontoon boat and we are glad that we did! Next year we would dock it a the marina in Boyne City each night because you have to moor it to a buoy...you can't moor it to their dock. We didn't like to have to swim/paddleboard to the boat to get it each day. That was the only drawback to this property. Otherwise, completely perfect!!!

Summary: The location was perfect and we were able to rent a boat from Tommy’s for the week. It It was quintessential “Up North”. The house was beautiful and the lake access spectacular. The grill, and everything else, worked great. And the owner (who lives next door) couldn’t have been nicer. Highly recommend!

Summary: Perfect layout for our family. Four of our children are married with children of their own. The 2 house layout and bunkhouse allowed our children's families their own space. We took advantage of boat rentals being available on Lake Charlevoix for water skiing and wave boarding. The shore station beside the doc was a great bonus. The homes were exceptionally clean. The kitchen had everything we needed...even a loaf pan which was used for fresh banana bread. We thought we would miss a sandy beach, but no problem as a float pad kept the grandchildren in/out of the water. The large grass yard was perfect for bocce ball and korn bag tossing. The large trees in the yard provided use of the very comfortable beach chairs in shade or in sun. Definitely one of the best VRBO rentals we have experienced.

Summary: Steve Bratschie was great at communication and assistance. Everything was ready when we arrived, and Steve greeted us. He helped with a couple of the lakefront features we didn't fully understand, insuring our grandkids could have fun. The houses were in excellent condition, and very well cleaned, especially considering Covid. The dryer in the rear house stopped working, and even though we could use the lakehouse dryer, Steve had it repaired within a day. While writing this I asked my grandkids what they liked best. The three girls (14, 12 and 11) liked the garage bedroom they called the girls cave, and the great lawn viewing the lake. Grandsons liked the swimming. My entire family enjoyed using the kayak, 4 paddleboards, l floating lake mat, and the fire circle, with wood provided. We did not use the bicycles, or other equipment kept in the garage, but they were available. Our family has vacationed together for 37 years, travelling to many parts of the country. This lakehouse, rearhouse and added features rates as one of the best. Thank-you, Steve, so much.

Summary: It was another wonderful stay on Lake Charlevoix. The houses were great, newly redone, clean, comfortable with lots of room and great amenities (great for cooking, plus the paddle boards and kayak were great). Our family of 11 thoroughly enjoyed it!
