Summary: Easy booking and place was exactly described on VRBO. You did not need to take kitchen utensils, as there is everything! Quiet and private, yet close to restaurants, food marketplace. Centrally located between 30-40 min distance from Helen, GA on one side and Blue Ridge, GA. Lastly, 10 minutes away from North Carolina. Great place!

Summary: This was a beautiful house located in a very private location. Quick and easy to every thing you would want to do in the mountains. Definitely would stay again. Cathy was awesome. And easy to get a hold of.

Summary: We spent an enjoyable long weekend at Fernleaf. Very convenient location that was close to everything. Clean, prompt communication, and nice view. It was a bit too cold to enjoy the screened porch during our stay but we could imagine spending hours out there during warmer weather! Tip - take your first left after the tennis courts

Summary: My wife approved of this property, because of the advertised view of the lake. Once there, the view was not the same. It has been obstructed. Huge disappointment for her. Otherwise, the stay was pleasant. We will be more careful with property selections in the future.

Summary: Great vacation property. The cottage was very clean, nicely decorated, and had a cozy gas fireplace which we thoroughly enjoyed. The kitchen was fully equipped with high quality cookware and utensils. The internet connectivity was strong and fast. We particularly enjoyed sitting on the large, comfortable back porch in the afternoons before dinner. We would definitely stay here again!

Summary: We wanted to rest and get away and this was perfect. This was our second visit so you know we liked it! I'm a clean freak and this house is always cleaned to the extreme!!! We love the porch and the homey mountain feel... The only thing I would change if I could, would be to clear out the trees in front so you can see the lake and mountains better...we will be back, we love it there!
