Positive: It was in a quiet neighborhood, and the neighbors were very nice. The house was decorated cute.
Negative: The path to the lake was overgrown, the paddle boat and kayak had leaves and dirt all in them like they hadn't been used in over a year. There were spiderwebs in the corners of the inside of the home, and just looked as though no one had been there for a very long time. The hot tub had no water in it, and was not useable. There was a gas smell in the garage however the house did not have any gas going to it. We are assuming maybe that was the fertilizer in the garage. It was very scary for a moment.
Summary: Comfortable but needs some work.

Positive: We enjoyed how peaceful and beautiful it was to be right there on Lake Cortez. The cottage was very comfortable for the two of us and had a wonderful view from the living room and master bedroom.
Negative: A towel rack instead of a hook in the master bathroom.
Summary: We would definitely stay there again!

Positive: It was very conveniently located. we were there to volunteer for the Special Olympics so it was close. This place was VERY well stocked. there is noting for pots, pans, trays or utensils that we would need that was not there. We all very much enjoyed our stay.
Negative: HAHA, heated floor in the master shower... First world problem.
Summary: We would gladly do this again!
