Positive: Good parking for 3 bass boat rigs. Safe area, well stocked with cooking utensils, and grill.
Negative: Needs more lighting under parking shed. But not that big of problem.

Positive: Not only was it easy to access, I had plenty of information to get into gated community and find the cabin. The Cabin, although it states fishing getaway, it had the female touches which I appreciated. Plenty of glasses, cups and utensils, makeup wash cloth, extra blankets and trash bag/dishwasher pods all at my finger tips. The main bed was full/queen(?) but very comfortable and there is 4 full size beds upstairs(wow). Front porch had chairs and a relaxing atmosphere. AC was fantastic. Parking was good.
Negative: No curtains on back door or kitchen window. Not much to put here as these hosts really are considerate on what is needed!
Summary: Fishing Cabin - Definitely USE AGAIN!

Positive: The hosts were extremely accommodating. They were avery quick to reply to questions and requests. The property was spacious and clean.
Negative: Only one bathroom. But the hot water heater did keep up with 8 of us.
