Completely renovated home on Lake Fork. All new appliances, furniture, lighting, dining table for 8+, shuffleboard table, high speed internet, Roku TVs, bedding inside with new deck, grill, pavilion, outdoor fireplace, horse shoe pits, and paved / stone pathway to lake outside.
House located on nearly two acres in quiet neighborhood with beautiful lake sunset views, outdoor seating areas, giant driveway, fantastic fishing right from the private dock in a private cove. Two car garage also available for guest use (plus additional full bathroom).
Update: Low summer water levels impacting all coves, conditions changing daily. Boathouse use may be limited. Current conditions reflected in rates through year end.

Summary: Lake house is set up pretty nice. Boat house is good but there needs to be a pathway from the house to the boat house - Ground is not level and it leads to wet feet in the morning to go fishing. Overall would love if there was one king size bed but other than that the property is very nice.

Summary: Communication with host to help schedule my trip was great! Setup for 3 friends and I to stay here while fishing, golfing, and relaxing in the area. We really enjoyed sitting on the back patio soaking in the view. Beds were extremely comfortable and the house was setup with everything we needed to enjoy the weekend. We are already looking at making this an annual trip staying at this property. Host has a ton of respect and appreciation for the community and first responders! If you want a good crappie guide while staying at the house check out Crappie Freaks Guide Service on Lake Fork, Donnie Fleenor is fun and will get you on the fish.

Summary: The house was well equipped. The location was perfect for a short drive to every boat ramp. We had two boats and the driveway was perfect for them to sit side by side. I will book this property again.

Summary: This was the perfect place to stay for our fishing spring break! It was easy access to the lake from many different boat launches. The dock was great for fishing from with many carp and gar to be caught. The master bedroom shower is amazing! And we loved the deck overlooking the lake. All in all a great trip and would definitely book this place again!
