Summary: The Ledges condominium complex is a great spot to enjoy Newfound Lake from. This 2 bedroom unit is well equipped and has nice partial views of the lake. The owner is helpful and responsive. There is a nice sandy beach and marked off swimming area. Good eating around the lake and in Bristol. A great place to relax and let the stress fall away.

Summary: Lovely condo with all the comforts and amenities you need for a relaxing summer vacation at Newfound Lake. This is our second year and we had a great week!!! The beach is beautiful, we enjoyed tennis and morning coffee overlooking the peaceful view of the lake. Hiking just down the road and kayaking at Wellington State Park! Although it’s a bit of a walk to the beach, the benefit is the quiet mornings as the condo is tucked up higher on the mountainside amongst the trees and birds. Looking forward to next summer!! Summary: Overall, the property was excellent and owner very responsive. Very, very nice split-level condo--plenty of room for two people. The screened-in porch was a particular highlight; it was great to work and eat while overlooking the lake. Going in the lake itself was also nice. Despite the pictures, there isn't really a grassy area right nearby, and the lake is a 5-6 minute walk down a hill, but it's still quite close by. The private beach is fantastic and there are even fireplaces down by the beach, so you can have a really luxurious lake visit. Decent short-trip hiking is within walking distance and that's also great. Taking out the trash is a bit of a bummer--you basically need to put the trash in your vehicle to take it to the dumpsters. Just be aware of that.
