This wonderful two-story, brick house is located within walking distance, either by beach or by road, to magical Caseville, MI. With 110 feet of beautiful sandy beachfront, and an amazing view of the best sunsets in Michigan, you can't go wrong. This is one of the best locations in the Caseville area. Caseville has no shortage of activities to participate in, including the famous Cheeseburger Festival. This home's location is ideal for not just summer recreation like fishing, swimming, boating and water sports but also fall and winter activities such as hunting and ice fishing and it is near state preserve areas. If worried about rain, then fret not, the guest house comes with board games and puzzles and internet access for your entertainment needs (bring own account if streaming). Free WiFi . From the upper level of the guesthouse (garage apartment) you can go down the interior steps to our climate controlled garage/game room. In the game room you will find a full bathroom and laundry room as well as a Pool table, Foosball table, a Poker table, and TV.
The guesthouse/garage apartment is two bedrooms and two baths and can accommodate 12+ people. Our home and guest house is on a 2 acre lot and has a long private, wooded driveway with plenty of parking. The house has a full kitchen and completely equipped, a dining area, and a living area with a fireplace. The home has an additional living area on the lower level. The private deck is a great place to eat, sit, talk, and take in the sunrise and sunsets. If you choose to use the gas grill you must bring your own tank. A charcoal grill is also available for use.

Summary: This was just perfect for the family. 2 grandparents , 2 adult men one married with child. All were very happy with accomodations. upstairs 2 beds and fold out couches, kitchen , bathroom and back porch to view fabulous sunsets and lake huron. downstairs a game room setting with kitchen and shower. my adult son loved this with downstairs bedroom. the beach and sand were perfect. firepit was a plus. lots of stairs though but understanable for lake setting. great time . thanks

Summary: Beautiful view of the lake. Lovely home with all amenities that a person desire. Close to town but secluded. Game room was a treat. We would consider returning in the future.

Summary: We had a great time! The home was clean and fully stocked. The game room was fun. We could of stayed forever. Kathy was a great host very responsive to questions. We would definitely stay again.

Summary: What a wonderful place to stay! The sunsets were spectacular. You are located right on the beach. The house is very spacious and clean. We wanted for nothing. The house was fully stocked and the game room is amazing, (it made me wish that we had kids with us to fully use it). The host really does a nice job. If I had a question, the host responded very quickly. We have already recommended the house to several others. Will definitely stay again.

Description of property good except for bedroom, when i was looking for a place to stay bedroom/sleeping arrangement were the main thing i was looking for. When reading this vrbo i thought 3 bedroom because of sleeping description. Overall we all had a good time thank you.
